Chanel embarked on her banking career in 2011, gaining extensive experience across Corporate, Commercial, and Retail Banking with leading institutions such as CBA, Westpac, Bankwest, and Judo Bank. Her journey has involved managing a diverse clientele ranging from startups and SMEs to institutional customers with turnovers exceeding $400 million annually. Chanel's diversified industry experience has equipped her to understand the growth and working capital needs of business spanning across various sectors, handling debt transactions up to $150 million.
Beyond banking, Chanel has had Management Consulting experience working with IBM and held strategic roles within the CBA/Bankwest. She is driven by a passion for crafting tailored solutions that empower her clients to achieve their goals
Outside of work, Chanel enjoys spending quality time with her family and exploring new travel and culinary experiences.
Jonathan Chan

Having started his career in 2013, Jonathan has over a decade of experience in residential and commercial lending, catering to diverse sectors including small businesses, mid-market enterprises and emerging corporate entities. Throughout his career, Jonathan has held senior relationship management roles at NAB and Judo Bank - collectively helping individuals and businesses finance over $250m to support their goals.
Jonathan has extensive experience with acquiring and managing clients across a diversified range of industries and transaction types that range from:
- Sophisticated commercial property investors and family offices (with $30m+ debt portfolio)
- Trading businesses reliant upon working capital and asset finance support (with $30m+ debt portfolio)
- Experienced residential property investors operating short-stay accommodation businesses (with $10m+ debt portfolio)
- Start-Up finance for business acquisitions, franchise purchases and new business ventures (with debt portfolios ranging from $250k-$5m)
On a personal note, Jonathan achieved the milestone of acquiring three investment properties by the age of 30, all within a five-year period. Outside of work, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his young family. As a family, they love traveling, trying new restaurants, and staying active together.
